Technical Services Manager – Food Manufacturing

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits

Working Hours: Flexible Monday to Friday (Flexible On-site, between 6am-6pm)

Benefits: 31 days annual leave, Pension, Westfield Health

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team in the food manufacturing sector, based in Doncaster. This is a key role that involves overseeing technical services, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and leading a team of technical specialists.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the technical services team.
2. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
3. Develop and implement technical policies and procedures.
4. Provide technical support to production teams.
5. Conduct training and development for staff.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a technical role within the food manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
