Your role

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer Expert to join one of our 3rd line infrastructure engineering teams. Your role will involve working within a very dynamic operations team supporting Linux, storage, virtualisation, and backup environments. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication at all levels. This team is working with a long-standing client embarking on a major technical refresh.

Your experience

• Proven record of leading Major Incident/Problem/Change Management
• Proven ability as an SME in a range of systems
• Experience working within medium/large-sized project transitions
• Experience managing relationships with key internal and external technical stakeholders
• Backup & Storage technologies
• VMware
• Batch Scheduling

You must be eligible to gain Security Clearance for this position.
