Job Description:

Technical Service Engineer required for our client, a world-leading manufacturer of air & water pump systems for commercial, residential, and agricultural use, based just outside Derby.

Technical Service Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary £28,000 - £31,000, depending on experience
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Performance-based bonus
• Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm; Friday 8am - 4:30pm
• Hybrid working available after probation period

The successful candidate will join an established team supporting on-site engineers and customers by preparing quotations for installations and remedial works, and providing technical support to key account contacts regarding the company's product range.

The role is based in Burton-upon-Trent, with hybrid working options after probation. The ideal candidate will have an M&E engineering background, experience in technical support, and familiarity with pumps/water industry products is highly desirable.

Technical Service Engineer Position Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering, through hands-on experience or office-based technical support
• Experience with pumps, valves, heating, ventilation, fire systems, or HVAC/electrical equipment is desirable
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
• Resident within a commutable distance of Burton-upon-Trent
