Are you a technically skilled leader with a passion for innovation and customer engagement in the Graphic Arts industry? Arkema’s Sartomer business line is seeking a Technical Service and Business Development (TS&BD) Manager to drive product innovation, provide expert technical support, and lead strategic growth initiatives across the EMEA region.

About the Role

Based at our R&D Centre in Wetherby, you will be the technical face of Sartomer for the Graphic Arts market in EMEA. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to support existing products, develop new solutions, and lead technical exchanges that shape the future of UV-curable technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support (40%)

• Provide expert technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Conduct lab studies, troubleshoot application issues, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Represent Sartomer at industry events, webinars, and conferences.

New Product Development (30%)

• Define technical requirements and lead innovation projects.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to develop and promote new products.
• Benchmark technologies and identify strategic development opportunities.

Team Leadership & Management (20%)

• Lead and develop the Application Lab team in Wetherby.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence in the lab.
• Represent R&D in cross-functional and customer-facing meetings.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing (10%)

• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and project progress.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, ideally in UV technology and Graphic Arts.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; French skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA (up to 30%).
