The role

We’re looking to grow our SEO team with an experienced person who can lead delivery across multiple accounts and align SEO with wider marketing strategy.

As part of the delivery team, you will be instrumental in providing the technical expertise that our clients love. You'll work closely with Paid Media, Content, and Client Services to make sure our clients' businesses thrive, giving them confidence in our solutions-based approach.

You'll play a vital role in shaping project scope, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting migration or troubleshooting projects where your technical depth and communication style make all the difference.

What we expect from you

Essential skills & experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in SEO, with at least 2 years Technical SEO. Agency background preferred.
  • Proven ability with technical SEO projects, from audits to implementation
  • Experience aligning SEO strategy with client KPIs and business goals
  • Confident presenting technical recommendations in client meetings and internal sessions
  • Track record of identifying opportunities and communicating insights
  • Deep knowledge of SEO tools and platforms: GA4, GSC, GTM, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO principles (e.g. crawling, indexing, rendering, canonicals, redirects, site speed)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and structured data
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Committed to working in line with our values and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture

Desirable:

  • Understanding of CRO, UX, or PPC
  • Experience supporting business development or pitching
  • Confident with SEO planning for migrations, including proposed site hierarchy, redirects, quality assurance and post-launch analysis
  • Familiarity with accessibility and ethical SEO practices
  • Expert level knowledge of GTM, GA4 and cookie consent management
  • Adobe Analytics knowledge

What your day might look like

  • Leading technical SEO for a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery is aligned with KPIs and timelines
  • Presenting SEO strategies in pitch decks or client-facing meetings
  • Creating meaningful reports that go beyond data — offering commentary, context, and strategic next steps
  • Planning and executing migrations, audits, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborating with Relationship Managers to shape technical discovery and opportunities
  • Communicating clear, compelling insights to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Coaching peers on tools, processes, or account-specific challenges
  • Staying ahead of industry shifts and sharing best practices with the team
