Technical SEO Executive

Who you are

As a Senior SEO Executive, you will manage multiple Search Engine Optimisation campaigns and accounts for our clients. This role will see you building and maintaining exciting relationships with our clients, working towards organic search goals, and mentoring junior team members.

What you’ll do

This role will require completing detailed technical site audits with implementation plans and strategies. You will work with our website development team to implement technical SEO audit findings as well as develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies with strong technical focuses for our clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires you to work from our office based in Fareham Hampshire (Hybrid). Please only apply if you are happy to work from this location.

Your day to day

• Complete keyword research and backlink analysis.
• Fix errors flagged from monthly reports.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies with strong technical focuses for our clients.
• Work with our website development team to create content and develop technical SEO-optimised websites.
• Work with our website development team to improve page speeds and Core Web Vital status for web builds and marketing clients.
• Review and report against website indexability and crawlability status.
• Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.
• Analyse data and campaigns, creating custom reports.
• Develop technical marketing materials and products and monitor product performance.
• Assess clients’ current digital marketing strategies and suggest improvements accordingly.
• Contribute to marketing strategies by researching market trends and associated technologies.
• Create and build campaign strategy, research keywords, analyse competitors and continue testing and optimisation.
• Conduct technical SEO competitor analysis reports.
• Execute and optimise multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously and sometimes under high production pressure.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboard, reports and essential reporting tools, and highlight areas of importance.
• Work with UX Specialist and website development team to implement technical UX suggestions and recommendations.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in all areas of technical search optimisation.
• Link building and backlink analysis.
• Keyword research.
• Content development and optimisation.
• Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• In-depth reporting and analysis.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
• Must have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
