Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations.
  • Assist the sales team with technical clarifications and appraisals.
  • Co-ordinate orders efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and develop strong customer and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with the quality management system.
  • Handle all sales transactions in a professional manner.
  • Accurately maintain all records and files.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Organised, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Knowledge of electrical bulk materials or experience in a similar technical role, this is essential.
  • Supply chain experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector, is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a small team and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
