About Us

We support producers globally with tools, training, and technical advice to help them improve flavour quality and sensory performance. In addition to our flavour standards and software, we also provide production yeast for leading international beer brands.

The Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and commercially-minded individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brewing or fermentation science, a passion for flavour, and experience working with sensory or quality control systems.

In this role, you will support customers across the alcoholic beverage sector, helping them implement and improve their sensory programmes. You will be responsible for selling our flavour standards, training services, and supporting tools, while offering expert technical guidance. This is a home-based role with significant autonomy, and regular travel to client sites, events, and training sessions is expected.

Support the implementation and improvement of sensory programmes using AROXA flavour standards

Offer remote and in-person support following training and product delivery

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-quality service and technical value

Technical Sales & Account Management

Develop and manage strong relationships with existing customers

Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the alcoholic beverage industry

Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate new leads

Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and collaborate with internal teams to forecast activity

Attend and represent AROXA at industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences

Maintain a strong awareness of brewing, fermentation, and sensory science trends

Engage with the wider brewing community as a representative of our technical team

About You

We are looking for someone with a technical foundation in brewing or fermentation, ideally paired with sensory experience. You should be comfortable presenting, advising, and building long-term relationships, and be excited to travel internationally and engage with producers around the world.

Experience in a customer-facing or sales role within the drinks industry

Prior involvement in running or participating in tasting panels

Exposure to cider, spirits, or RTD production in addition to beer

Interest in expanding sensory support to other sectors such as coffee, juice, or food (if needed)

What We Offer

A unique opportunity to combine technical brewing knowledge with commercial impact

The chance to work with global producers and make a meaningful difference in product quality

Remote, flexible working with autonomy and trust

Regular international travel and industry event participation

A supportive and passionate team of sensory and flavour professionals
