Technical Sales Representative

Job Purpose
You will provide technical assistance and training for existing customers and support new business activities to win new clients for our Automotive Coatings operation in your region.

Job Responsibilities
• Deliver professional training to existing/potential customers on the use/application of products, services, equipment & documentation.
• Conduct demonstrations of paint & non-paint application techniques to customers/prospects.
• Proactively prevents & solves problems of a technical nature occurring at customers.
• Conducts and/or assists in the testing process as well as in the implementation of new products/technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support sales & new business activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to handle complex technical issues & claims as well as in educating customers on solutions.
• Support colleagues by providing customer insight & trends analysis to assist with strategic planning.

Job Requirements
• Extensive experience in the vehicle refinish industry.
• Bodyshop painting experience.
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
