Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus/Commission

Location: High Wycombe (Office-Based + 25% Travel)

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Prospect and generate high-quality leads
2. Identify customers' technical requirements and tailor proposals accordingly
3. Keep sales pipelines up to date via the CRM system
4. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction
5. Represent the company at sales conferences and exhibitions (2-3 per year)
6. Travel for on-site demonstrations and customer visits
7. Support the marketing team with digital content creation and campaign ideas
8. Assist in system installations and provide aftersales support
9. Seek new ways to increase market share and streamline sales processes

Who They Are Looking For:

1. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (Physics or Material Science preferred)
2. A clean UK driving license and willingness to travel (25%)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. A natural relationship builder able to influence and engage confidently
5. A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Motivated by targets and passionate about continuous improvement
