Job description

Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative for our prestigious client based in the Crayford area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answering the telephone and dealing with technical enquiries in relation to the product range.
  2. Quoting for products/determining what your customer requires.
  3. Obtaining lengths and quantities from technical drawings.
  4. Following up quotations effectively using your soft sales skills in line with the RIBA stages of the project.
  5. Key project management & project awareness.
  6. Looking after your dedicated designers, interior designers, architects, contractors, wholesalers, and yacht building yards.
  7. Attending client-facing functions as required and represent the company in a friendly, professional manner.
  8. Processing orders accurately and checking it makes sense technically.
Skills Required:
  1. Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
  2. Inquisitive "can-do" attitude, willing to find information out for yourself.
  3. Enthusiastic administrator/project manager.
  4. Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Confident handling telephone calls and answering questions.
  6. Able to understand electrical information and drawings.
  7. Great communication/listening skills.
  8. Ability to prioritise and organise own workload whilst working as a team.
  9. Staying calm and focused under pressure.
  10. Problem-solving skills.
  11. Confident with MS Word/Excel.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm.
