Job summary

Evolution Windows is seeking an experienced Technical & Sales Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the sales and technical office, coordinate capacity planning, and oversee the aftersales function. You will ensure accurate quotations, efficient order processing, and premium customer service across a growing premium fenestration business.

The role reports to the senior leadership team and requires strong leadership, technical know-how, and a proactive approach to process

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales/technical office or processing function.
• Experience producing quotations and processing customer orders.
• Ability to manage workflow and production planning to meet delivery commitments.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on operational performance.
• Experience in the window/door fenestration industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of window and door products and processes.
• Experience using Window Designer or similar software.
• Experience in premium, bespoke manufacturing settings.
• Experience managing aftersales or customer service departments.
• Experience delivering operational improvements and new processes.
• Understanding of production constraints, installation requirements and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the sales and technical office.
• Oversee quotation and order processing from enquiry to production release.
• Ensure quotations are accurate and delivered within timescales.
• Verify orders are technically correct and production-ready.
• Develop systems to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor team performance to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate capacity planning with manufacturing.
• Lead the aftersales function and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Drive process improvements and scalable systems for growth.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to reduce repeat issues.
