Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a technically minded Sales Manager to grow an established customer base and win new business in industrial water treatment and process equipment. You will engage with technical decision-makers, tailor proposals and manage opportunities through to completion.

This hybrid role requires field sales discipline, a track record of selling water treatment or related equipment, and ambition to advance into senior leadership within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience selling water treatment, filtration, purification or closely related process equipment.
• A proven track record of winning new business and managing existing accounts.
• The technical understanding to discuss customer applications and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell engineered water treatment and process equipment into industrial applications.
• Identify customer requirements, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and technical decision-makers.
