GAP Pump Services provides advice, servicing, maintenance, and repair for dewatering and sewerage pump applications, including hoses, settlement tanks, and water processing solutions.

The Role:

The Technical Sales Manager will develop and manage profitable sales within their region. Responsibilities include leading and developing the Technical Sales Representatives team, conducting KPI meetings, joint customer visits, and developing sales systems and procedures with recommendations for improvement.

Note: This role involves extensive travel across Scotland and England.

About You

Applicants should demonstrate:

• A proven track record in sales within Pumps/Hire industries
• Experience leading successful field sales teams (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills for proposals and presentations
• Negotiation skills and customer focus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Driving License (essential)
