We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager (Oil / Lubrication) to join our team. The role offers a salary of £75,000 - £85,000, plus lucrative commissions, a fully remote working arrangement, a car allowance, and training.
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will leverage your knowledge of Oil Analysis or Lubricant selection to generate new business, develop sales strategies, and serve as a technical expert in your field. Your responsibilities include selling bolt-on filtration equipment for oils and lubricants used in hydraulic capital equipment across the UK, traveling to ports, nuclear, and milling industries, and conducting oil reports to support tactical sales decisions.
Ideal candidates will be experienced in technical sales, with a background as a Business Development Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar, and possess knowledge of interpreting Oil Analysis Reports. Willingness to travel and work remotely is essential.
