Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the company’s customer base to maintain a strong market presence.
2. Liaise frequently with customers to deliver proposals based on maintenance contracts, installation, and repair services.
3. Provide first-class aftersales service to ensure customer satisfaction and suggest improvements as needed.
4. Engage with clients, propose quotations based on their specifications, and successfully close sales upon agreement.
5. Carry out technical presentations covering the employer’s services and related products.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven sales experience within the electrical or lightning protection industry.
• Excellent management, coaching, and leadership skills with a successful track record of leading sales teams.
• Experience in preparing quotations and demonstrating confident negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to increase sales turnover year on year within the electrical industry is advantageous.
• Ability to use CRM software and proficient IT skills across MS Office, Excel, ERP, and MRP systems.
