Overview

Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for a HVAC Technical Sales Manager to join a well-established team based in Oldham. In addition to a base salary of £50,000 - £60,000 pa you will receive a performance related bonus 15% of salary with a commission element for meeting initial sales targets. Company car, laptop, IPAD, phone are also included.

Responsibilities

• A mix of incoming enquiries, cross selling opportunities and business development
• Developing a sales pipeline
• Becoming an expert in the retail industry including petrol forecourts, coffee shops, convenience stores, fast-food, high-street retailers alongside office refits
• Completing initial site surveys using site audit pro
• Working alongside and effectively communicating with specialist trades such as electricians, plumbers, builders

Skills & Experience / Qualifications

• Have worked in a new business sales / business development with experience working with major accounts
• Understand the turnkey shop fit process
• AC / HVAC System design experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CAD - training can be supported if required
• Full driving license as the role will include frequent travel and some overnight stays
