Job Description:

A new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Manager to join a growing architectural glass, glazing, window and doors specialist in North-West London. The company works on high-end residential projects across the London area and due to continuous growth, requires a motivated sales professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales team and create and track sales targets
  • Main point of contact for technical questions from office staff, factory staff, and customers
  • Assist customers with product installation issues
  • Meet with potential customers to onboard them
  • Troubleshoot Window Designer and Logikal software issues & updates
  • Update product prices in our software when changes occur
  • Improve product offerings by sourcing upgraded parts from suppliers
  • Understand customer pain points and find solutions to enhance service/products
  • Coordinate with customers on production issues and offer solutions
  • Produce technical literature and materials (e.g., cross-section drawings, installation guides)
  • Handle escalated customer issues within sales/after-sales
  • Serve as main contact for some larger customers
  • Create bespoke CAD drawings upon request
  • Send quotations for complex jobs such as curtain walling
  • Process Schuco, corner bifold, and corner sliding door projects
Requirements:
  • Commutable distance to North-West London
  • Experience with CAD, Window Designer, Logikal, and Excel
  • Experience with AluK, Cortizo, and Schuco products is highly beneficial
Remuneration:
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable DOE)
  • 28 days holiday
  • Pension
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
