Job description

If you have considerable experience in the Acoustic engineering sector with strong technical and sales skills, then my client would definitely be interested in you. The organization is looking to recruit a specialist in the global supply of a wide range of noise control and acoustic products. They require a suitably qualified and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in sales and acoustics to lead their team from multiple sites.

Qualifications
  1. MSc/BSc in Business, Engineering or a related subject area
  2. IOA Diploma
  3. Knowledge of HVAC/commercial noise control
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  5. Ability to deliver results in line with Company Strategy
  6. Ability to analyse market trends/developments
  7. Skilled negotiator
  8. Strong Team Player
  9. Ability to react promptly to market trends/conditions
  10. Strong Technical, Sales and Marketing skills in the Acoustics sector
  11. Proven track record in successful selling and Account Management
  12. Profit/Results oriented
Duties
  1. Support management of all aspects with respect to sales, order processing, and liaison with the internal drawing/project management departments to ensure smooth operation.
  2. Maintain a good working relationship with key accounts and sub-contractors.
  3. Develop, establish and maintain an annual marketing sales plan and annual budget.
  4. Ensure financial aspects associated with order acceptance, sales invoicing, cost control, and resolution of accounts for individual projects are in line with company guidelines.
