What will you do?

You will play a vital role in driving business growth by developing new opportunities and building strong client relationships. Represent deister professionally at meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions. Work closely with end users and resellers to understand their needs and deliver tailored security solutions.

This role offers opportunities to develop market routes, focusing on large integrators, installers, and specifiers across the UK.

  • Manage revenue growth of our access control portfolio
  • Translate complex requirements into proposals and steer opportunities from initial scope to long-term expansion
  • Travel regularly for face-to-face engagement
  • Participate in trade events to boost brand visibility
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Understand customer challenges and develop solutions
  • Build strategic relationships with security installers
  • Support clients with consultative advice
  • Create sales strategies for business development
  • Provide training to installers and consultants

Remote-based candidates will travel to Spalding periodically for meetings.
