Technical Sales Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £70,000 + benefits

An innovative UK based technology company is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team. Operating globally, the company is a leader in machine vision systems used for industrial inspection, automation, and guidance across multiple sectors.

The Role
You will support the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through to closing- working alongside sales and engineering colleagues to develop tailored technical proposals and solutions. The role involves both inbound lead follow up and proactive outreach to new clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify and nurture inbound leads

Create technical quotations and presentations

Develop new business through outbound activity

Manage and grow existing global customer accounts

Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams

Maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Support revenue targets and attend trade shows

About You

3+ years' experience in technical sales (Machine Vision and Instrumentation)

Degree-level education in Engineering

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Organised, detail focused and target-driven

Knowledge of industrial automation or machine vision

Full UK driving licence
