Are you an experienced technical sales professional with a proven track record of selling into the construction industry, particularly within access solutions? Do you thrive on building strong relationships with architects, contractors, and key decision-makers to drive growth and deliver results?

We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager to cover London and the South East, responsible for driving the sales pipeline and ensuring our brand remains the go-to choice for access products in the commercial construction sector.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across your territory.
  • Identify and research new project opportunities, building long-term relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and specifiers.
  • Promote our comprehensive access product range by delivering CPDs and tailored presentations.
  • Act as the key escalation point for major projects, providing technical expertise and product specification support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Track and manage your sales pipeline, keeping leadership updated on performance and opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to recommend strategic product and service improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in technical sales within the construction sector, ideally with access solutions or similar building products.
  • Excellent knowledge of specification selling, project tracking, and tender processes.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient with Microsoft Office.
