Technical Sales Manager
Chillers, AHUs & Bespoke HVAC Solutions
Location: London & South East (Home-Based, Regional)
Salary: £50,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Company car + Benefits
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Contract: Permanent

The Company
A leading UK provider of temperature and humidity control solutions is expanding its technical sales team. With over 50 years of industry experience, they design and deliver bespoke climate control systems including chillers, AHUs, and other HVAC technologies to a broad range of sectors nationwide.

They are now seeking a high-performing Technical Sales Managerto drive growth in the London and South East region, focusing on delivering tailored technical solutions and building lasting client relationships.

The Role
In this regional, home-based role, you will take ownership of new business development and account management across your patch. You'll work closely with internal technical teams to prepare and deliver bespoke proposals tailored to each client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and margin targets in your region

  • Design and deliver technical proposals based on customer needs

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities

  • Attend site visits, exhibitions and customer meetings

  • Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure contract delivery

  • Accurately manage CRM data and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Support business development efforts and contribute strategic insights

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven technical sales experience, ideally in HVAC, chillers, or AHUs

  • Ability to understand and sell engineered solutions

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal

  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently

  • Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Full UK driving licence
