We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Sales Executive. This is a key role focused on identifying and converting new opportunities, managing existing relationships, and contributing to business development through international engagement and technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through targeted desktop research and outreach, including virtual presentations
  • Build networks and uncover leads by attending and engaging at industry events and conferences
  • Convert qualified prospects into long-term commercial relationships through virtual and face-to-face meetings
  • Promote products and brand visibility through webinars, industry events, and social media content
  • Contribute to product development by gathering customer insights and conducting competitive analysis

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a technical role involving direct customer engagement
  • Confident in delivering clear, engaging presentations of technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Practical understanding of technical or scientific equipment and its applications
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and valid passport, with willingness to travel internationally
  • Energetic and commercially driven, with a strong focus on business growth
  • Highly organised, methodical, and results-focused in approach
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
