Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to maximise earnings through an uncapped commission scheme while taking ownership of an established customer base. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts and generating new opportunities, with a clear path to management as the company grows.

You will travel regionally, visit customers daily, and provide practical technical support on steam systems and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with steam systems, industrial boilers, heat exchangers, pumps or related process equipment (Essential).
• Technical sales experience or an engineering background with the ambition to move into sales.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing an existing customer base across a regional patch.
• Completing two or three quality customer visits per day to identify issues and provide practical technical support.
• Generating new leads alongside managing existing customers.
