Job Summary

We are looking for a new Technical Sales Engineer - LVS to be based in our company. Here is what a typical day looks like:

  1. Provide technical support to the LVS sales team and clients throughout the enquiry process.
  2. Engage with clients/consultants to ensure control of the design process and influence plans and specifications.
  3. Develop company LVS products and facilitate sales execution.
  4. View and approve drawings, assist with design, development, and submittals of technical specifications during enquiry stages.
  5. Minimize exposure and risk by assisting in completing CDEs and other technical documentation.
  6. Coordinate key project proposals during handover to operations.
  7. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
  8. Provide technical direction in product design to drive innovation.
  9. Identify risks proactively and implement technical solutions for system deficiencies.
  10. Review customer requirements, identify issues, and recommend solutions that meet capabilities and specifications.
  11. Maintain required documentation.
  12. Assist with all technical aspects of LVS enquiries.
  13. Apply and enforce company standards and methodology.
  14. Develop and communicate solutions timely to fulfill business requirements, avoiding delays.
  15. Promote and develop the company's business and ensure compliance with regulations.
  16. Report to the Sales Operations Manager – LVS.
Experience we're looking for:
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a busy environment and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Ability to interface with Electrical Consultants, Lead Electrical Engineers, and End Users.
  • Knowledge of Anord Mardix electrical products, services, and competitors.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
