Job description

Discover Your Responsibilities

Radiall is seeking a Solutions Engineer, reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager. The Technical Solutions Engineer is a technical expert with in-depth knowledge of the defense market, related applications, equipment, and a strong understanding of the company’s products and technologies. This role is cross-functional, covering all entities within the group, and plays a key role in developing sales by providing technical expertise and building trusted relationships with clients.

Your Missions Will Be To:
  1. Provide technical support and expertise to sales teams.

  2. Conduct technical demonstrations, address customer inquiries, and resolve technical issues.

  3. Identify potential synergies between different entities based on targeted applications.

  4. Act as the interface between local technical support teams, sales teams, and customers to understand needs and present tailored technical solutions.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Product Managers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer requirements.

  6. Contribute to the product roadmaps of different Business Units.

  7. Provide market information to the Defense Market Manager.

  8. Share data on competitors, customer needs, programs, and stakeholders with Business Units.

Your Assets

You possess a dual engineering and commercial background with over 10 years of experience.

You have expertise in Radio Frequency and Optical connectivity technologies.

English native speaker; proficiency in French is a plus.

You are capable of working independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Willingness to travel at least 30% for customer meetings and opportunity development.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and from the office. Candidates should ideally be based within the Home Counties.
