Are you a Technical Sales Engineer from a machinery/capital equipment background looking for a challenging yet rewarding role for a renowned company, where you can truly make your mark in the business allowing you to progress to Directorship?


Are you looking to be recognised as an expert in your field, with plenty of autonomy to mould the role into your own and sell into blue chip clients across the UK and overseas?


On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised machinery manufacturer, where you will be managing key accounts (70%) and developing new business (30%) across the UK. You will be working from home then visiting customer sites across the week, with one day in the Nottingham office.


Founded nearly 50 years ago, this company design, manufacturer, supply and install a range automation and robotic machinery across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, military, and nuclear. They pride themselves on their extraordinary reputation of reliable machinery, coupled with excellent retention rates of staff due to internal promotions.

This role would suit a Sales Engineer with an understanding of machinery looking for a long-term role for a company they would be proud to work for, with plenty of flexibility to manage their own diary and clear scope to progress into a Directorship role.

The Role:



  • Selling special purpose machinery and equipment such as robotics and automation

  • Managing key accounts (70%) and developing new business (30%)

  • Working withing industries such as automotive, aerospace, military, and nuclear

  • Home based, attending clients sites and exhibitions across the UK
