Do you want a role where you will be following up on inbound enquiries, covering a local patch and selling a top of the range product solution?

Having been established for nearly 20 years, this company has established itself as a market leader within the wastewater and water treatment sectors and is now part of a larger national group. Operating internationally, they have seen consistent expansion and are now among the world leaders. With an ever-growing portfolio of clients and contracts, they have grown from strength to strength and continue to see ongoing year-on-year growth with extensive expansion plans moving forward. They are now looking for an additional Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Responding to enquiries
2. Visiting potential customer sites to assess their requirements
3. Defining technical specifications and preparing quotations
4. Representing the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and events

You will be based from home but required to travel to customer sites in the territory, based around the East Midlands. Working on potentially complex water treatment projects, covering municipal, industrial, manufacturing and aggregate industries, you will be provided excellent technical support from the internal team but will maintain the customer relationship.

The person:

1. Technical background in water processing, wastewater treatment or an environmental industry
2. Background in sales
3. Full UK driving license
