Salary: £24000, OTE £35,000 (open ended) + Car allowance £350-£400 p/m

A hugely successful automotive manufacturing business based in the West Midlands is looking for someone with an outstanding background for a varied role which includes sales, marketing, and its online presence.

With an impressive client base and a track record in developing new products in a variety of sectors, including automotive, medical, consumer, sports, and industrial, the business is looking to further diversify into new sectors.

You will be instrumental in researching and targeting new sectors for growth, contributing to defining long-term organisational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining an extensive knowledge of current and developing market conditions and opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum HND/A level in Engineering discipline.
  2. GCSE English & mathematics grade C or above.
  3. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, and internet presence.
  4. Highly confident, competitive, and determined in character.
  5. Excellent organisational and presentation skills.
  6. Strong commercial awareness.
  7. Ability to drive sales and develop strong client relationships.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and soft selling skills.
  9. Full clean UK driving licence and own transport.
