Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive new business for a specialist engineering business. The role offers £40,000–£50,000 base salary plus commission, Monday–Friday, with career progression and a comprehensive benefits package including a company car, fuel card and pension.

You will apply your engineering background to understand customer needs, build long-term relationships, and target growth across industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Technical Sales or a similar role.
• Strong engineering and technical knowledge.
• Experience with rotating machinery, dewatering equipment, separation equipment or industrial machinery is advantageous.

• HNC, HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
• Full UK driving licence
