The SEI Wealth Platform is an end-to-end solution designed to help financial intermediaries and their advisors to manage evolving needs, operate seamlessly in global markets, and drive efficiency throughout their wealth management business. As a SEI Wealth Platform Solutions Consulting Team Member you will work closely with the SWP Global Sales team and SWP Solutions team to drive new revenue opportunities in the UK.

The team is responsible for supporting multiple SEI Wealth Platform sales agendas in the UK across all client segments. Working closely with the UK Global Sales Team and the SWP Solutions Team, the Solutions Consulting Team plays a critical role in converting market prospects into platform clients, spanning the sales process from first call to discovery, proposal, and ultimately contracting.

The target audience for SEI’s Investment Processing Solution is the largest Global Bank Wealth Departments, Independent Financial Advisors, and other related Wealth Management intermediaries. You will fill a market facing role and must be comfortable in presentation settings with an ability to react to prospect questions and concerns. A background in the wealth management industry with an understanding of how these intermediary businesses operate is important.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively in a distributed, team-based environment to support the SEI Wealth Platform sales across multiple segments.
  • Work closely with the Global Sales Team and their prospective clients to assess their current and future business needs and match them to SEI’s offerings.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the SEI Wealth Platform services and future roadmap and articulate the most up-to-date information to both internal and external constituents.
  • Perform SEI Wealth Platform sales demonstrations, with ability to drill deep in multiple subject areas including front-end tools and back-end processes.
  • Alternately lead and support Business Discovery engagements with prospects and existing clients, including interviews, written persuasive documentation, and presentations.
  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) fulfilment with the ability to perform necessary due diligence and research to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide market requirement detail to SEI Wealth Platform Solutions, Product, and Services teams.
  • Maintain and develop a deep understanding of SEI’s offerings, providing education and updates to the Wealth Management Services’ Sales Team.
  • All SEI employees are responsible for the identification, assessment and control of risks and risk events. Employees will maintain a good understanding of applicable policies, procedures, risk appetites and tolerance relevant to their function and or business unit and are expected to consider current and potential risks when making or informing business decisions. Employees are responsible for the accurate and timely escalation and recording of incidents associated to relevant risks. In addition, employees are responsible for completing all required Risk Management training.

What we need from you:

  • A strong understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills; being comfortable with and enjoying being in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • SEI Wealth Platform experience.
  • Degree (or equivalent experience or studies).
