Wilhelmsen Ships Service (WSS) is looking for a Technical Sales and Business Development Manager - Specialty Marine Lubricants. Your mission will be to grow lubricant and oil sales across your designated area and customer portfolio, seeking new opportunities and discovering growth with existing customers. You will work closely with Account Managers and Customer Service, driving sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving profitable sales growth within your portfolio
  • Defining target lists and executing face-to-face sales activities
  • Building and closing sales pipelines to meet targets
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and technical teams to ensure effective sales approaches
  • Managing opportunities and maintaining updated CRM data
  • Applying technical knowledge to support sales and customer engagement
  • Reporting on performance and market intelligence
  • Representing WSS at conferences and events

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of technical sales experience, preferably in maritime
  • Knowledge of Marine Lubricants
  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
