Job Description

Are you persistent in cracking a code? Do you have a passion for technology and innovation?

At Avery Dennison, we have the role for you to earn while you learn! You will have the opportunity to achieve a Level 3 Lab Technician qualification within 24-30 months.

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Technical Sales Support team in the UK as an Apprentice. You'll work alongside industry experts in a supportive environment. As part of the apprenticeship, you will start in our labs learning all technical aspects of our products and then develop into the UK Technical Sales Team.

How You'll Contribute:

• Assist in identifying and recommending label materials
• Participate in projects analyzing product performance
• Help maintain technical databases and sample collections
• Collaborate with departments like Customer Complaints and R&D

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• "A" levels or equivalent; a science background is a plus
• Willingness to learn basic lab techniques
• Strong communication, math, and computer skills
• Confident, outgoing personality to build positive relationships and work well in a team
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Proactive, adaptable problem-solving approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Keen eye for detail
