Our Energy & Industry Specialist Account Managers serve as the go-to contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Due to growth in our E&I division, we are looking for an Account Manager to support a range of customers in the Industrial sector, including Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Modular Construction, Pharma, and Facilities management, covering customers in Kent and the surrounding areas.

What does the role involve?

Our approach is professional consultative selling, and it’s a hands-on role.

On a daily basis, you can expect to:

  • Be a Hilti Champion – carry the technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  • Further develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships, presenting our solutions, and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Maintain high self-drive and commitment to achieve consistent results.
  • Apply a solution-based strategic approach to working with customers on a long-term basis.
  • Demonstrate our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers.
  • Be responsible for operational, organizational, and strategic management of your sales area, fully utilizing the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

What you need is:

  • A full, clean, manual UK driving license – required to visit customers on site five days a week, Monday to Friday
