Job Description:

JAB Recruitment is working with an Operator Client to source a Technical Safety Engineer for a contract assignment, based in Aberdeen.

• Start: mid-June 2025
• End Date: 30th November 2025 (potential for extension)

Role Summary

Provide Process Safety and Technical Safety support for material changes to safety cases and the delivery of the Process Safety Improvement Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver material changes to the Safety Cases in preparation for the establishment.
• Support delivery of the Process Safety Improvement Plan.
• Support delivery of the Safety Case Thorough Review actions within the project.
• Support delivery of other technical safety related regulatory actions.
• Support delivery of the Hydrocarbon Release Prevention Plan actions.

Critical Skills and Behaviours

• Experience and track record in managing material changes to UKCS Safety Cases.
• Extensive process safety experience and track record with UKCS offshore operators.
