Role: Technical Reporting Manager

Location: Remote (occasional travel to Manchester and London)

Salary: £82,000 - £98,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a fast-growing financial services business in search of a Technical Reporting Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel to Manchester and London offices.

The successful candidate must be ACA/ACCA qualified and ideally have a background in accountancy practice. Experience working with Financial Services organisations is essential, and any technical knowledge of Solvency II would be advantageous. The ability to meet tight deadlines and build strong relationships with department heads and teams is crucial.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting.
  2. Production of statutory accounts.
  3. Assisting with external audits.
  4. Managing investment and liquidity reporting, including cash-flow management.
  5. Leading Solvency II regulatory reporting.
  6. Building strong internal relationships within the group.
