We’ve powered the UK’s homes and businesses for over 200 years. But supplying energy is just part of what we do. We’re making the UK greener and more energy-efficient, moving closer to Net Zero. Using tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers, we’re making it easier and cheaper for our customers to reduce their carbon footprint.
About your role:
We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers. You will ensure our customers receive help when they need it, playing a pivotal role in our British Gas Service Promise of same-day fixes.
Base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE — £50,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme.
Representing British Gas in customers’ homes, you’ll attend service visits or complex breakdowns. Support from managers, mentors, and colleagues is available, but experience across various boilers, heating systems, and manufacturers is essential due to the challenging nature of some jobs.
