Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Diagnose.

About your team:

At British Gas, our mission is to sell it and mend it.

About your role:

We are seeking Service & Repair engineers to join our team of Gas Engineers to ensure our customers receive timely assistance. You will play a key role in delivering British Gas' Service Promise of same-day fixes.

The base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE—£50,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme.

Representing British Gas, you will attend service visits or handle complex breakdowns in customers' homes. Support from managers, mentors, and colleagues is available, but experience across various boilers and heating systems is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• A dedicated focus on providing outstanding customer experience
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• At least 3 years’ experience in fault finding and diagnosis
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
