Your Role-
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll be instrumental in growing our tech recruitment function, building strong industry connections, and exceeding placement targets.
Key Responsibilities -
Identify and acquire new clients, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand clients’ hiring needs, advising them on market trends and talent strategies.
Proactively generate business opportunities through networking, sales calls, and client meetings.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top tech talent.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and technical screenings, to ensure a strong fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing client needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Provide a seamless and engaging experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Advise on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent movements within the tech sector.
Leverage market insights to develop tailored recruitment strategies and consult with clients effectively.
Work towards and exceed key performance metrics, including placements, revenue , and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with a high-performing team, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
