Rivan is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale our hardware and manufacturing teams from 1 to 100+ hires. Based at our Bermondsey HQ in South-East London, you will identify top talent and convert them into hires, supporting rapid deployment of our synthetic fuel deployment plans.

The role requires 4+ years in technical recruiting, strong networks, and experience with internal VC-backed hiring. We offer relocation assistance, private health insurance, and an uncapped time-off policy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for infrastructure/manufacturing settings.
• Experience recruiting for hardware/infrastructure roles preferred.
• Internal recruiter experience at a fast-growing VC-backed company is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Find top talent and convert them into hires.
• Conduct TAM searches, build pipelines, outreach and filter interviews.
• Build networks with top companies and talent sources and source future candidates.
• Record and manage search data and use metrics to calibrate searches.
