Job summary

Vitality in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex technology projects across squads, value streams and Agile Release Trains in a SAFe environment. The role focuses on shaping delivery strategy, managing dependencies and guiding teams through successful execution.

You'll collaborate with engineering, architecture and product partners, balance priorities and risks, coordinate releases and mentoring delivery professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical delivery at portfolio, programme or multi-project level.
• Proven accountability for the successful delivery of outcomes across multiple concurrent technology projects.
• Experience making delivery decisions across priorities, sequencing, scope and resources.
• Experience coaching delivery professionals and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong governance experience covering RAID, budgets, dependencies and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to present options and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple technology projects, delivering measurable business value.
• Shape and drive delivery plans with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Balance priorities, resources and timelines, making key delivery decisions.
• Bring together engineering, architecture, product and technology to form high-performing teams.
• Oversee governance including risks, budgets, milestones and dependencies.
• Maintain clear roadmaps aligned to business and technology priorities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early and take actions to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate releases and deployments with readiness across teams and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor delivery professionals to strengthen capability.
