Job summary
Vitality seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive a portfolio of complex technology projects in a SAFe environment from our Bournemouth office. You will shape delivery strategy, manage dependencies, and influence priorities across squads, ensuring successful execution and measurable business outcomes.
You'll lead cross-functional teams, balance timelines and budgets, and provide mentoring to delivery professionals.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering complex technology portfolios at programme or multi-project level.
- Proven accountability for outcomes across concurrent technology projects.
- Ability to make delivery decisions on priorities, sequencing and resources.
- Experience coaching delivery professionals such as Project Managers or Scrum Masters.
- Strong senior stakeholder management with clear options and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of multiple technology projects with measurable business value.
- Shape and drive delivery plans with senior stakeholders.
- Balance priorities, resources and timelines; control risks and budgets.
- Bring together engineering, architecture, product and technology teams.
- Oversee governance, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
- Maintain delivery roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Coordinate releases and deployments for successful implementations.
- Mentor delivery professionals to strengthen capability.
