Job summary

Productive Machines is driving advanced physics‑AI software to improve machining performance and decision-making on the shop floor. The Technical Project Manager will coordinate software, product, and customer initiatives in a fast‑moving start‑up environment to deliver measurable impact across multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead projects spanning pilots with customers, collaborative R&D with industrial and academic partners, and complex internal deployments.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience managing technical, software, or industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating internal and customer-facing projects.
• Eligible to work in the UK and commuting distance to Rotherham AMP Centre.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal software and product development projects across engineering and product teams.
• Manage customer-facing pilot projects, onboarding activities, software deployments, and technical integrations.
• Translate technical and operational requirements into structured project plans and actionable tasks.
• Improve project management processes, reporting, and coordination as the company scales.
