We are seeking a Technical Manager (Senior/Principal) to join our Highways team, playing a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects while supporting the growth of our people and client relationships. In this role, you will take ownership for the delivery of highways projects or work packages, ensuring successful outcomes across quality, cost and programme, while balancing technical excellence with commercial and contractual awareness. You will lead teams of engineers across multiple locations, overseeing the design of complex major highways schemes, taking ownership of the design and design reviews.
