Our client is an independent, full scale event production company catering for the live events and the festival industry. With a huge variety of large-scale staging for outdoor events, festivals and corporate clients.

THE ROLE

Due to recent growth they are now looking for a Lighting Project Manager to come on board and join their lively team to support across their exciting projects!

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Producing a number of CAD drawings/renders of lighting designs
2. Providing technical support across a range of events and festivals
3. Producing technical quotations
4. Managing technical projects from start to finish
5. Troubleshooting equipment prior to events taking place
6. Line managing Lighting Technicians
7. Managing lighting budgets
8. Booking crew for events
9. Helping identify potential equipment purchases
10. Taking responsibility of technical equipment repairs

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within lighting design and project management from either an audio visual or production company. You will also have strong client facing skills and be confident to lead a team of technicians. Experience using CAD and/or Wysiwyg is essential.

Previous experience working on festivals/ large scale music events would be best suited to this position. If you have a keen interest in live events and festivals with a flexible work ethic then this opportunity is for you!
