Purpose of Role
Tradu is seeking a Technology Project Manager to drive the integration of crypto asset class-related functionality within our multi-asset trading platform. This role ensures seamless connectivity across liquidity providers, custody solutions, and compliance systems, optimizing order execution, transaction processing, and risk management.

The ideal candidate has strong integration experience and domain knowledge in trading and crypto, enabling value-driven decision-making. You will work across engineering, product, and external partners to optimize trading workflows, platform scalability, and regulatory alignment.

This role requires technical fluency, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage complex third-party integrations while ensuring high-performance, scalable, and compliant trading operations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to

Integration & Liquidity Management

• Lead the end-to-end integration of multiple liquidity sources, ensuring best execution and low-latency order processing.
• Oversee connectivity between trading systems, liquidity providers, and execution venues, optimizing order routing and fulfilment.
• Ensure API integrations for pricing feeds, order execution, and market data aggregation are robust and scalable.
• Manage relationships with third-party market makers, liquidity providers, and banking partners to maintain deep order books and stable spreads.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Act as the bridge between product, engineering, compliance, and external partners, including vendors.
• Oversee SLAs, performance metrics, and issue resolution with key vendors (liquidity providers, custody solutions, fiat on/off-ramps, compliance tools).
• Own the execution roadmap, ensuring all trading, settlement, and compliance components are delivered on time.
• Maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence) and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and roadmap reviews.

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in integration projects, specifically in trading and financial markets.
• Strong domain knowledge in trading and crypto and a value-driven decision-making mindset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple external integrations, ensuring performance, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical understanding of API-based trading systems and financial data models.
• Familiarity with mobile-first trading UX and optimizing trading platforms for user experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience running projects with various Agile software development processes.
• Practical experience with trading platforms.
• Familiarity with custody solutions like Fireblocks, compliance tools, and settlement processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PSM, PMP, CSM, PRINCE2).

Working Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.
