Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between their business goals and the technical delivery.
• Document and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate API integrations, data mapping, and systems workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and improved user experience.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed scope and quality.
• Ensure adherence to relevant compliance, data protection, and information security requirements.
• Provide clear, concise progress reports and maintain proactive stakeholder communication.

Must-have Skills / Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technical integration projects within PropTech, SaaS, FinTech, or similar fast-paced sectors.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data models, and system integration workflows, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Strategic and analytical problem-solver with the ability to balance technical requirements against commercial priorities.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).

Advantageous Skills/Experience

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
• Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and their application in project delivery.
