Position: Technical Project Manager

A Technical Project Manager is needed to join a global payments company providing specialized payment solutions.

In this role, you will manage the delivery of the engineering workstream across multiple projects, working closely with engineers and developers. Your responsibilities include planning and coordinating engineering tasks to meet business requirements within an Agile environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a project management background who has worked closely with developers, preferably within squads. You will join a supportive and collaborative team, with the autonomy to deliver impactful results.

This is a hybrid role based in Swindon, with an expectation of being onsite once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and managing project deliverables for engineering workstreams.
2. Coordinating deliveries across multiple teams and releases.
3. Ensuring successful delivery of features to production.
4. Coordinating with teams for future releases.
5. Facilitating efficient transition to operations and engagement.
6. Providing reports to project and engineering management.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager working closely with developers and engineers.
2. Proven experience in planning and managing technical (software, cloud, infrastructure) deliveries in an Agile setting.
3. Experience working in a DevOps environment.
4. Experience with Java, Microservices, AWS, or similar technologies.
5. Knowledge of scaled Agile practices, such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.

The salary for this role is up to £65,000, complemented by excellent benefits including a generous bonus.
