Job Description
Are you ready to lead projects with a team renowned for technical excellence and unwavering commitment to client success?

At ITDev, we've built our reputation on technical expertise and by fostering long-term customer partnerships that ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

From supporting business development opportunities to guiding projects to successful completion, you'll shape outcomes that matter. As a Technical Project Manager at ITDev, you will ensure clients return not just for our expertise, but for the enduring value and trust you build, one project at a time.

You'll be part of a business that celebrates professional development and supports your long-term goals, whatever career stage you're at. Ongoing mentorship for every employee and access to the best CPD resources have helped us grow and retain one of the best teams in the industry, contributing to us winning the 'Tech Employer of the Year' award in 2019, and being finalists again in 2023 and 2024.

This role will suit you if you enjoy leading a wide variety of projects of differing scale and scope, and are looking to be involved across the whole project lifecycle - from supporting business development through to final project handover.

ITDev delivers embedded systems, electronics, and software projects, so we're looking for Project Managers with experience in this or a closely related area.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK.
  2. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, product design, or a related field.
  3. Significant experience of Project Management in engineering, manufacturing, or product development.

  5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  6. Experience in product development or technical service delivery.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  8. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  9. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully.
  10. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are open to experienced Project Managers at different career stages, so salary will be based on experience.

We offer a fantastic range of benefits including:

  1. Uncapped profit share (20% of net profit distributed to the team).
  2. Flexible working.
  3. Hybrid working.
  4. Continuous mentoring.
  5. Free membership of professional institution (IET for engineers).
